The North Atlantic Region will be wide open in 2025 with both the 2024 Regional Winner, Maryland, and Runner-Up, Navy,  moving to the Mid-Atlantic Region after off-season realignments.  Penn State has always been a force in the North Atlantic and Delaware will be a tough team too after coming off a disappointing season in 2024.  With only two conferences making up the Region, the top two in each conference will move one.  Penn State and Delaware will be two tough teams in the South Conference, but who will be the top two from the North Conference?  Will St. Bonaventure continue to build off a playoff appearance last year?  Will Niagara make it back to Regionals.  Could be exciting to watch in 2025.  Who’s going to represent the North Atlantic in Columbus?  You be the judge!  Take a look at the North Atlantic Region Team Previews.
